01. what time can we arrive?
Check in will be from 16:00 hrs until 20:00 hrs maximum and check out at 12:00 hrs.

02. is it possible to check out later?
Yes, we will keep your luggage and you will be able to enjoy our outdoor facilities until noon.

03.until when can I cancel?

*Cancellation conditions: 15 days before, 90% will be refunded, 7 days before 50%, and less than 7 days before 0%.

04. are there accessible rooms for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, in case of need, you can call us before making the reservation in order to manage each particular case.

05. do you have dishes on the menu suitable for vegetarians, vegans or people with any kind of intolerance or allergy?
Yes, but we would need you to call us in order to manage your meals as well as possible.

06. From what age can children stay?
Children from 16 years old can come accompanied by their parents.

07. do you have wifi?
Yes, there is wifi in the farmhouse but not in the other rooms.

08. what recreational activities are available?
In the services tab you will find several. But our advice is... take the opportunity to rest!

09. can we bring animals?
No, animals are not allowed inside the nests or rooms.

10. do we have to book the extras before the stay?
You can book them before or once you are there, except for the dinner that night. In any case, it is better if you book them before, as this way we can guarantee availability.

11. can we change the date of our reservation?
Yes, as long as there is availability and you let us know in advance.
